Beartooth Highway
Southwest Montana & Northwest Wyoming
Easily a bucket list ride for many, the Beartooth Highway is not to be missed! Starting at the northeastern entrance of Yellowstone National Park to Red Lodge, riders take in 68 miles of views like no other along with glacial cirques, alpine lakes, waterfalls, and more. Cruising up to over 10,000 feet, be sure to get on the road before the snow sets in as parts of the highway close in the winter months.
Tunnel of Trees
Michigan
The Tunnel of Trees, a renowned scenic route in the Midwest, winds beneath a majestic canopy of sprawling leafy trees, which erupt with fall color during this time. Starting the ride in Harbor Springs along the M-119, this ride spans 20 miles along a bluff with killer views of Lake Michigan and includes some fun twists on Devil’s Elbow and Horseshoe Curve.
San Juan Mountain Skyway

Packed with views the whole way through, the San Juan Skyway spans over 230 miles and connects some of the most popular mountain towns in the state, including Durango, Silverton, Telluride, and Ouray. The foliage takes center stage during this time of year, especially through Mesa Verde National Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Beloved by riders across the U.S., the Three Sisters (also known as the Twisted Sisters) is a highway trifecta in the Texas Hill Country that’s roughly 100 miles long. FM 335/336/337 offers stunning views, sharp turns, hefty climbs, and deep valleys all while cruising through charming small towns. Be sure to have a full tank of gas for this run as stations are present but sparse!
Pig Trail Scenic Byway

Just shy of 20 miles long, the Pig Trail Scenic Byway is a perfect fall ride with plenty of hairpin turns to keep things fun, all while taking in lovely scenery within the Ozark National Forest.
Monument Valley

Short, but stunning, this 17-mile ride is known to have some of the most beautiful vistas in the United States. With soaring summer temperatures and cold, cold temps in the winter months, there’s no better time to cruise through than the fall.
