2024 Ride With Us Prize Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

The 2024 Ride With Us Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is a giveaway for the purpose of growing social media followers for the Ride With Us social media channels (the “Sponsor”). By participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees to join Sponsor’s social media following, and further agrees to receive communications from Sponsor and its partners. Each winner must follow claiming procedures or forfeit the prize. Promotion not endorsed or administered by Instagram. Please note that winners will be contacted ONLY through this account. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram.

Winner will be selected on or about May 27, 2024 PST

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States, and who are at least 18 years of age and also of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules and Regulations, and to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants must have an Instagram account to submit a valid entry. If Entrants are not existing members of Instagram, Entrants will be required to follow the directions to join Instagram. When Entrants join Instagram, Entrants agree to the Instagram Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Membership to Instagram.com is free. Using Instagram, during the Contest Period, Entrants must sign into their account and: 1) follow @ridewithusmoto; 2) like the giveaway post posted on the @ridewithusmoto Instagram account; 3) comment tagging a friend and sharing which motorcycle helmet from the post they prefer.

Only a maximum of one (1) entry per Entrant; one (1) per Entry Method during the Contest Period will be accepted.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THERE IS NO ENTRY FEE.

PRIZES

Selected winner shall receive prizes selected by the Sponsor. Additional prizes may be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The prize will be a single helmet, from one of the three options provided. The winner will be selected at random. No substitutions or transfer by winner will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes as well as any costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use are the responsibility of the Winner. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Winners will be notified by the following methods at Sponsor’s sole discretion, using the information provided at the time of Entry: Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social media account used to submit the selected Entry no later than May 28, 2024 PDT. Winners will be required to respond (as directed) within one (1) calendar day of attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after the winner has been successfully notified that they have won. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor or manufacturer of the prize. Any and all federal, state and other tax liabilities on the prize awarded, and any other cost and expense associated with prize acceptance, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

GENERAL

All aspects of the Giveaway, including qualifications for entry, winner selection criteria, decisions regarding selection of the Winner, and resolution of any and all disputes, shall be decided by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor shall be at their sole discretion, and shall be final and binding in all respects. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations.

By participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees to forever release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Giveaway and the Show, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other individuals and entities engaged in the development or execution of this Giveaway, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to Participant’s participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Giveaway.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries.

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California. The Giveaway will conclude once a winner has been successfully notified. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, (a) to disqualify any entry it deems to be offensive, inappropriate, not in keeping with Ride With Us’ image, or not in compliance with the Official Rules & Regulations, and (b) to modify, terminate or suspend any portion of the Giveaway in the event of any act, occurrence or omission that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Giveaway, or for any other reason.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Sponsor’s privacy policy may be found at www.ridewithus.com. The privacy policy discloses what information Sponsor collects, including information provided by entrants in the Official Entry Form, and how it is used. By choosing to participate in this Giveaway, entrant agrees to abide by the terms of the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
